Q: HOW MUCH IS THE CHALLENGE?
A: It’s $35 per person to participate in WHEEL MADNESS. This covers your swag bag, a spot on the leaderboard, access to any challenge-exclusive rides, and entry into the prize draws!
Q: DO I NEED A SPECIFIC RIDE PACKAGE OR CREDITS?
A: Nope- although we do have a challenge-specific limited-time ride package for unlimited rides, ADVANCED booking on Wednesdays. It’s $249 and includes your sign-up fee and unlimited rides from May 1- 31.

Q: I DON’T HAVE A PARTNER
A: Cool! We can pair you up with someone after you sign-up- just indicate that on the form and we’ll find you a teammate!
Q: I ALREADY HAVE A RIDE MEMBERSHIP- WILL I GET CHARGED TWICE FOR RIDING IN MAY IF I GET THE MADNESS PACKAGE?
A: When you grab the Madness Package, your current one will be paused in May and resume in June. If you have an auto-renew date in late April, it will hold until June.
Q: HOW ARE ENERGY POINTS CALCULATED?
A: Your stats are the energy points you’re accumulating - it’s watts (power) mixed with speed. You’ll be stacking up points as a team, and your team name will be on the leaderboard to see how you’re ranking against other teams in your region!
Q: HOW MANY RIDES ARE INCLUDED IN THE COMPETITION STATS? IF I RIDE TRIPLES, DOES THAT MEAN I GET MORE ENERGY POINTS?
A: We love your enthusiasm! A maximum of 30 rides are included in your stats - and we’ll take the average of all of your rides and distribute across 30.
Q: HOW DO WE KNOW WHERE WE’RE AT IN THE COMPETITION COMPARED TO OTHER TEAMS?
A: Every day there will be a new leaderboard display on the TVs inside each studio. We’ll be updating daily, so you can see how you stack up!
Q: WHEN’S THE FINAL DAY TO SIGN UP?
A: April 30 is the final day to get your team in, or sign up yourself - registrations close at midnight!
